We are a small group of trainers who specialize in training with no equipment or very minimal home based equipment. We like to incorporate primal movements, yoga, calisthenics and weight training into body weight routines.
We take what you have at your disposal and use thinking out the box techniques that will help you to reach your fitness goals. Focusing of Primal movements we will open up your body allowing you to gain function and mobility, we understand that not everyone makes a living in a fitness environment, therefore your movements may be limited. We use body weight training mixtures with weights, resistance bands, and any household owned objects to really get the full job done right!
